RCR's Staff
Established in 1989 by Michelle Rich Goode , Rich Commercial
Realty pioneered the concept of tenant representation in
the Triangle.
Our philosophy is simple. We believe that a real estate
broker can not represent both parties in a real estate
transaction without doing a disservice to one of them.
Therefore, we represent tenants and buyers exclusively.
