Michelle Rich Goode, founder of Rich Commercial Realty, has more than 26 years of experience in commercial real estate and has represented a prestigious list of clients. She established Rich Commercial Realty in 1989 as one of the first tenant representative firms in the Triangle. She has a B.A. degree from Meredith College and an M.L.S. from East Carolina University.

Harold Rich is a commercial real estate broker employed by Rich Commercial Realty since 1997. He has extensive experience in assisting office and industrial clients with build-to-suit needs for distribution, flex space and office space requirements. Harold has served as a board member for the Triangle Area Office Brokers Association and received The Triangle Business Journal’s 2001 Real Estate Deal of the Year award for Top Industrial Lease and a SPACE award in 2004 and 2005 for Top Warehouse Lease. He has a B.A. degree from Elon College.


Tawnie Gainer joined Rich Commercial Realty as a commercial real estate broker and office manager in 2006. Currently she is the Director of Marketing/Business Manager and has over 14 years experience in the Triangle area in various sales and management positions. She attended North Carolina State University, majoring in Public Relations, is past member of the Triangle Area Office Building Association,  is the past Vice President of Education for High Noon Toastmasters and also a member of TCREW. In her spare time she volunteers at Meals on Wheels and other charitable organizations.


Bo Hargrove joined Rich Commercial Realty as a Real Estate Broker in 2011, after three years with a major property management company in the Raleigh Area.  He is licensed in both North Carolina and Virginia.  Bo is focused on building lasting client relationships by providing the highest level of service in areas of analysis of business and space needs, market analysis, site and space selection, and lease negotiations.  He is Young Alumni Chairman for the Hampden-Sydney College Triangle Area Alumni Club.  He has a B.A. degree in Economics and Commerce from Hampden-Sydney College.
